What is Serenity?

Serenity is a SaaS tool developed by SABI that helps streamline the SR&ED process by integrating with Jira or Shortcut. It automatically generates timesheets from ticket history, provides an easy interface for time allocation, and generates summary and detailed reports for maximizing claims and audit preparedness.

How does Serenity integrate with Jira or Shortcut?

How does Serenity help with audit preparedness?

Serenity aids in audit preparedness by streamlining and organizing the documentation related to your SR&ED claims. Based on the user's inputs and suggested SR&ED projects, Serenity generates detailed reports and keeps track of relevant documents that the user has uploaded or linked.

However, it's important to note that while Serenity can assist in making the audit process smoother by providing organized, user-defined SR&ED-related information, it does not guarantee the eligibility of projects for SR&ED nor does it provide comprehensive audit defense information. The tool is intended to support your audit preparedness efforts by maintaining clear and user-guided SR&ED project documentation, but the validity of the claims remains the user's responsibility.
Does my information stay in Canada?

Yes, all information processed and stored by Serenity remains in Canada.

Serenity is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically using the Canadian Region, which means your data is stored in data centers physically located within Canada. This ensures that your data is subject to Canadian privacy laws and regulations.

Rest assured, we are committed to maintaining the privacy, security, and integrity of your data.
